History of Design & Construct (D&C) projects coupled with involvement in Client Value Management and procurement of Provisional Sum and Prime Costs has ultimately provided a wealth of knowledge with respect to materials, overseas procurement, construction methodology, and building details (engineering).

Appreciation for ensuring building compliance with BCA, NCC, DDA, MFB, ESD, Acoustic, PPR, Contracts of Sale, etc. Thorough understanding of contracts, Builder’s obligations, and administration of; including Head Contracts, company Agreements, SOPA, adjudication, and dispute resolution.
